This policy covers the website kraxonstudios.com (and our other domains that redirect here). In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking and loads nothing from third-party servers – even the fonts are hosted on our own webspace.

2. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. We have a data processing agreement with STRATO under Art. 28 GDPR.

With every request, the web server automatically processes data sent by your browser and stores it in log files:

IP address of the requesting device
date and time of the request
requested page or file, HTTP status code and amount of data transferred
referrer URL (the previously visited page, if sent)
browser type, browser version and operating system (user agent)

We need this data to deliver the website, keep it stable and secure, and detect abuse. It is not combined with other data and not used for profiling. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host keeps log files only as long as necessary for these purposes and then deletes them automatically.

3. No cookies, no tracking

We set no cookies and store no information on your device. There is no web analytics, no advertising, no social media plugins and no embedded third-party content. That's why there is no cookie banner.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you e-mail us, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for questions about our games, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once your request is resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply. E-mails are processed on the servers of our host STRATO.

5. Encryption

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS-encrypted).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. Just e-mail us at support@kraxonstudios.com.

7. Changes

We update this policy when the website or the services it uses change.
